Rent the Studio

$35.00 per hour

Rent our entire studio by the hour (min 2 hours) for photo shoots, film shoots, events, classes and more.

Rates:

  • $35 per hour (up to 10 attendees)
  • $35 cleaning fee per booking
  • 11 to 20 attendees – $50 surcharge
  • 21 to 30 attendees – $100 surcharge

The rental comes with use of the entire studio, with kitchen and bathroom, and use of our seamless backgounds (tech green, tech blue, white and black available).

Your booking also includes exclusive use of two parking spaces directly in front of the studio’s garage door, allowing for easy load in and out.

Our studio is located close to the intersection of York Blvd and Eagle Rock Blvd. Full address and access instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

The booking includes two dedicated parking spots directly in front of the studio and there is plentiful free street parking available (watch out for street cleaning).
